Everything Has Changed
By John Rogers/Cheryl Gaudet

Looking in the closet
Finding an old coat
Looking in the pockets
Find a photograph of you
The ends are bent and faded
But the smile is still the same
I know where it was taken
And I know that I'm to blame

Everything, everything has changed
Nothing stays, nothing stays the same

The ocean's there behind you
Colors black and white
Everything was simple then
No need for wrong or right
I can hear you laughin'
Callin' out my name
Who would have ever thought
I'd never see your face again

It seems like yesterday
Or a thousand years ago
I wore that coat one Saturday
When the rain had turned to snow
Breakfast by the seashore
Picking shells up from the sand
We stayed there for hours Baby
Lovin' hand in hand
Raining On The Moon
By Cheryl Gaudet

It's raining on the moon
The stars have all gone out
You are here with me
Of that there is no doubt

It's rollin' on a wave
Shining in the sun
Look me in the eye
And tell me I'm the one

It's raining on the moon
I'm not alone tonight
You are by my side
And everything is right

It's rollin' on a wave
Better now than then
Take me by the hand
And love me 'til the end
It's rollin' on a wave
Better now than then
Take me by the hand
I will love you 'til the end
Moccasin Blues
By Cheryl Gaudet

I wear moccasins on the inside
Rubber boots when I go out
I wear moccasins on the inside
Rubber boots when I go out
Every time I see my baby
All I wanna to do is twist and shout

He's my ray of sunshine
I'm his little buttercup
He's my ray of sunshine
I'm his little buttercup
He brings me lovin' in the evening
And every day when I get up

When the grass is in need of mowin'
I take a ride on my John Deere
When the grass is in need of mowin'
I take a ride on my John Deere
When I'm in the need for lovin'
Dear Johnny whispers in my ear

When the winter wind comes howling
And the snow's up to our knees
When the winter wind comes howling
And the snow's up to our knees
We stay cozy in our cabin
Make sweet love whenever we please
So Tired
By John Rogers/Cheryl Gaudet

She wakes up in the morning
Her eyes are filled with pain
She wonders where he was last night
And if he'll be home again

She's so tired
She's so tired

She used to take herself for walks
Even when it rained
Now all she's got is loneliness
And it's driving her insane

She takes her best blue dress
And lays it out upon her bed
With scenes of sorrow, loneliness
 And sadness in her head
She knows she's cried
Her last good cry
You know she's said her last goodbye Goodbye

Everyone she's ever loved
Has always gone away
It's always been that way for her
And there's nothing you can say

Now that all the stars are out
They reach to hold her soul
Now she doesn't miss her past
And she doesn't feel the cold
South Shore Moon
By John Rogers/Cheryl Gaudet

Moon shinin' down
On south shore world
A south shore boy
And a south shore girl
It comes through here
About thirty days apart
Makes you fall in love
And messes with your heart

They swore they'd meet, when the moon was full

South Shore Moon

South shore Moon
Shinin' on the water black
Keep on runnin' moon
Don't look back
So much more
To see up ahead
Keep on runnin'
Just like I said

They sit alone
Twelve nights a year
Waiting for the sun
To disappear
Big old moon
Shinin' up above
Come back here
And bring my love
What Goes Around
By Cheryl Gaudet

You got yourself
You got yourself
Outa that one
You always were
You always were
One to play with matches
You never were
You never were
One to fool around with
You never got
You never got
What was comin' to you

What goes around
Comes around
What's gone around
Is comin' back to you
What goes around
Comes around
What's gone around
Is comin' back to you

You must have known
You must have known
what you were doin'
You said the rules
You said the rules
Were meant for breakin'
You always took
You always took
More than your share
You love to have
You love to have
Your cake and eat it too

How do you sleep
How do you sleep
With one eye open
You probably pay
You probably pay
Someone to watch over you
You think you've got
You think you've got
It made in the shade
Some day you'll see
Some day you'll see
That crime does not pay
Nothing On My Mind
By Cheryl Gaudet

I've got nothing on my mind
Just this moment in time
There's a clock upon the wall
I don't pay it any mind

You and me was all that mattered
When autumn leaves
Had all been scattered
Dreams we made
Were worn and tattered
In pieces on the ground
We just stood there looking round

So many people come and go
We only ever said, "hello"
No matter how hard we tried
We could never say, "goodbye"
Skin On Skin
By Cheryl Gaudet

Restless in dreams
I am drawn to be near you
Quietly watching me sleep
I can't hear you

Wake me with kisses
So gently embrace me
Make me believe you would
Never betray me

Come close and drift away
Onto another plane
Where the lines fade to skin on skin
Nothing left to say
A silence will embrace
Where I end and where you begin

Wolves at my door
It is you I will run to
Safe from all harm
I know I can trust you

Here in the dark
Speak my name soft and sweetly
You are the one
Who could always complete me
Fly Away (Sue's Song)
By Cheryl Gaudet

You lived a life worth celebrating
The light of your love will never fade
Your spirit touched everyone who knew you
I thank the stars for the gift they gave

You made us laugh, you loved to sing
You could make a rhyme out of anything
Every kid's best friend on this merry go round
Ashes, ashes we all fall down

We'll miss your smile
And your generous heart
I know our souls will never be a part
Fly away to a peacefull place
I'll never forget your face

Crystal Falls
By Cheryl Gaudet

They'd ride outa town, Down the gravel road
Over the bridge 'til they could get no farther
Stash their bikes at a place untold
Follow the roar and rumble of the water

Off in the woods as fast as they could travel
Sun sneakin' through the thick, green branches
Crystal Falls pourin' down
Up on the cliffs they dared to take their chances

The cliffs had names, So they wouldn't seem as high
To climb up there would be so cool
They'd dive off and fall through the sky
Break the water clean in the deep, dark pool

Off in the woods as fast as they could travel
Sun sneakin' through the thick, green branches
Crystal Falls pourin' down
Up on the cliffs they dared to take their chances
Sweet escape from the summer
Heat when you can't go barefoot on the street

The hours flew by, In that secret paradise
They wished each day could last forever
One last chance to take that dive
Don't be late, you know better

The ride back to town took a little longer
Maybe they weren't in such a big hurry
Yellow sun sinkin' down
Get back on time so Mama doesn't worry

Sweet escape from the summer heat
When you can't go barefoot on the street
